Providing capacity building, technical guidelines and support to identify priorities, design and implement policies, interventions, programmes and actions.

Providing studies, holding  webinars and workshops,  mobilizing partners’ networks to foster democratic and inclusive innovation and bringing scientific evidence and make recommendations for policy makers.
